We want to keep our internal organization efficient, flexible and lean. The basis for this is Holacracy, a new type of organizational system that promotes individual responsibility and the rapid adaptability of the company.

afca. has been around since 1995. We create an ideal biotope for our employees with very flexible working conditions. We think little of hierarchical structures, but a lot of self-organization and teams. Agile methods and Scrum have been lived and implemented every day for many years.
