afca. was founded in 1995. We created an ideal biotope with very flexible working conditions for our employees. We do not believe in hierarchical structures, but do believe strongly in self-organization and teamwork. Agile methods and Scrum were implemented years ago at afca. and are now being practiced constantly in our daily work.
